Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting
of
Keyworth Rugy Football Club Limited
to be held on
Monday 23rd June 2025
commencing at 7.00pm
at
The Clubhouse, Willoughby Road, Widmerpool.
The Purpose of the meeting in accordance with Rule 8 is:
(1) To consider and approve the minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Keyworth RFC Limited
(2) To receive, consider and approve a report from the Committee on the affairs of the Club since the previous Annual General Meeting
(3) To receive, consider and approve a Financial Statement for the financial year ending 30th April 2025
(4) To elect the following Officers and Management Committee members for the ensuing year:
(a) Officers
• The Honorary President
• The Honorary Chairman
• The Honorary Secretary
• The Honorary Treasurer
(b) Management Committee Members
Seven Committee members to include:
• Adult Rugby Manager
• Age Grade Rugby Manager*
• Safeguarding and Welfare Officer
• 4 other members
NOMINATIONS FOR THE ABOVE POSITIONS SHOULD BE MADE [BY FULLY PAID UP MEMEBERS ONLY] IN WRITING TO THE SECRETARY BY NO LATER THAN 18th MAY 2025.
NOMINATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DURING THE MEETING
NOTE THAT JUNIOR MEMBERS* MAY ONLY NOMINATE FOR THE POSITION OF AGE GRADE RUGBY MANAGER AND MAY ONLY VOTE UPON MATTERS RELATING TO JUNIOR RUGBY.
(5) To confirm the election of Vice Presidents nominated by The Committee
(6) To confirm the election of Life Members nominated by The Committee
(7) To consider and vote upon any properly received resolutions and notices
PROPOSALS FOR ANY RESOLUTION MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SECRETARY BY NO LATER THAN 18TH MAY 2024
(9) To hear any other matter (upon which no voting shall be allowed) which the membership wish The Management Committee to consider during the ensuing year
The above items conclude the business of the Annual General Meeting.
*The term Junior Members refers to parents/guardians of Age Grade Players named as such on the Player’s registration form for the 2024/25 season.
