At the Celebrating Rushcliffe Awards last night, 21st November, the Club, having been nominated and placed in the top three shortlist, just missed out on the final accolade of Rushcliffe Sports Club of the Year.

The programme for the evening read:

"KRFC have had an incredible 18 months on and off the pitch with th 1st XV unbeaten leading to promotion. Enthusiastic coaching and management has created a family orientated club, junior players progress in to the seniors ........"

One nominator said "you have turned around an average club into an amazing one".
